Melissa Miles
3rd Grade
Mrs. Melissa Miles is beginning her second year teaching 3rd grade at St. Joseph. She attended University of North Alabama where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, and continues her studies through the Alabama Math, Science, Technology Initiative.
She is originally from Houston, Texas and moved to Florence, Alabama in 2007. She has been married for sixteen years to her husband, Joshua Miles, and has two teenage boys. When she is not at school you can find Mrs. Miles at Taekwondo tournaments, Cross Country meets, or busy with Boy Scouts of America and her role as District Commissioner.
