Mrs. Jenifer Bissell teaches the 5th grade and has worked at St. Joseph since 1993. She grew up in upstate New York and graduated from the State University of New York at Oneonta with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education.

When not at school, Mrs. Bissell loves to spend time with her husband Bob and their adult children Steven and Sydney, both who are alumni of St. Joseph School.  As a family, they love to travel, visit the Gulf Coast, and watch the New York Yankees play. They also attend St. Joseph Church and enjoy hanging out with friends.
